Retreat Day (inc Light Lunch)
The day will include many activities focusing on bringing about balance and harmony to mind, body and spirit. Only when we achieve complete harmony between mind, body and spirit do we function correctly and make progress on our physical journey. Throughout the day we will practice different forms of Meditation, Yoga, Qigong, Sound Therapy and Sound Bath. A day for you to relax and rediscover the real you. Join us – you will have a great day.
