Our Retreat Days start at 10am and finish between 4:30pm and 5pm. The day will include many activities focusing on bringing about balance and harmony to mind, body and spirit. Only when we achieve complete harmony between mind, body and spirit do we function correctly and make progress on our physical journey.
Throughout the day we will practice different forms of Meditation, Tai Chi Qigong, Native American Drum Healing, Yoga and Sound Therapy. These will include:

A light buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided. It is advisable to wear loose comfortable clothing. The day will start at 10am so plan to arrive around 9:45am.
The cost for the day will be £35 per person (including lunch).

Do not drink alcohol on the previous day
